Syd probably never came to Laugharne- but he might of, and if he did would have loved the slightly wacky,gentle Norman/Georgian town. Founder of Pink Floyd,my fave Band hence the link.

Wines from Turkey arrive at Castle Stores on Friday 10th June, Albi the Silversmith has some new stunning silver jewellery and Choices has new Gift items in stock- 3 good reasons to visit Laugharne- and obviously the Castle, The Boathouse, the Norman Church and eat at the many good restaurants in Laugharne. Plus there are a few pubs !!
Great time to come in June, not too busy,weather is fine normally- what could be better than a stroll around a Norman Township, with fine Georgian buildings, a beautiful estuary, good food and shops that are different. Sounds ideal-it is. |
