Six men have been charged with licensing offences following an illegal rave held in a Pembrokeshire village over the bank holiday weekend.

The men, who are aged between 23 and 52 and from towns across England, will appear before Haverfordwest magistrates on Thursday.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/10221012.stm

I know I am now old-52-but let the kids have fun, we did, and there is little much joyful at the moment. The spoil sports should wake up and realise they do little for the youth. Stop wasting money on roads and other petty projects and invest in the youth. That's my view.

I am surprised that the recent poll re Transition Towns has had some many votes-5 in a day,and 4 against Laugharne looking at becoming a Transition Town. I had expected more for and maybe some why, but not such a vote against. Why ? Maybe the 4 would like to email me and explain why they are so anti looking at this. I cannot beleive that the Community in Laugharne would be so opposed to an idea that would benefit the entire community, deal with so many issues facing us, without a sensible discussion. This does not reflect the views get on the street. Face it, if we do not deal with these issues ,Laugharne will be Town of 2 sides, with a ford or bridge where the Gryst is. The main issue is about helping Households in Laugharne, so I guess the votes against reflect a view that some do not care. Wonder who they might be ?
